General Terms and Conditions
1. Orders:
Orders can be placed personally, in written form or via our homepage. Orders that originate from customers under 18 years require the signature of a parental authority/legal guardian.
2. Delivery Terms and Conditions:
Stock articles will be delivered immediately. Delivery of products out of stock may take up to 4 weeks and will then be shipped immediately or as agreed upon. Shipping will be handled by the Austrian mail service. We only charge actual shipping costs plus a flat fee for packing and packing materials.
3. Right of Withdrawal:
Products can be returned within 5 working days with full refund, if the articles are unused and unchanged. This does not apply to custom-made goods.
Acceptance of returned products will be governed by the posting date at the local post service or parcel service. Only franked mail will be accepted.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to ordered, manufactured or printed goods that are client specific, according to the applicable law § 5f Z 3 KSchG (Austrian law on consumer protection).
In case of unwarranted withdrawal the organization shall be entitled to payment (working hours, expenses and materials) for work already carried out.
4. Data protection:
Client personal data is confidential and will not be made available to third parties.
5. Warranty:
The laws of Austria govern this warranty. However, we try at all times to find a customer oriented solution beyond the period of warranty.
6. Advanced booking:
In case of new product advanced booking is recommended. Usually goods will be delivered immediately after receiving and processing the product. Due to limited quotas for some models we reserve the right to deliver articles booked in advance in the order of incoming orders.
7. Payment conditions:
Shipping type (cash on delivery or payment in advance) can be chosen by the client. In case of payment in advance clients will receive the invoice before delivery. The invoice payment has to be done within 14 days of receipt. Products will be shipped upon receiving the total amount stated in the invoice.

10. Prices:
Prices are VAT exempt in accordance with § 6 (1) Z 27 UStG (Austrian VAT tax law).
11. Liability:
This General Terms and Conditions were written with due diligence. However, we cannot guarantee correctness and completeness of contents herein displayed.
12. Shipping and Shipping Costs:
Shipping will be handled by the Austrian mail service Post AG. National shipping costs for parcels with up to 2 kg total 7.50 euros. For parcels between 2 kg - 5 kg costs amount to 12.50 euros. Further information on shipping costs for heavier parcels can be provided upon request.
Shipping to Germany will be handled by DPD. Shipping to Germany for parcels with up to 2 kg cost 9.95 euros. For parcels between 2 kg - 5 kg shipping costs total 17.95 euros. Further information on shipping costs for heavier parcels can be provided upon request.
Shipping within the EU will be handled by the Austrian mail service Post AG. Shipping costs for parcels with up to 2 kg are 19.50 euros.

If, at any time, any provision of these terms is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms nor the legality, validity or enforceability of such provision under the law of any other jurisdiction shall in any way be affected or impaired thereby. Sales are subject to these general terms and conditions. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms and conditions of use shall be an appropriate court located in Salzburg.
